One of the greatest white wine varieties and certainly one of the most versatile in wine style, ranging from crisp and dry to sweet dessert. This grape has found a home in the Finger Lakes and Prejean Winery has won numerous awards in international competitions. The variety is cold hardy and our Riesling are imbued with flavors both varietal and reflective of our diverse soil types.
