Marechal Foch is a French-American hybrid developed in the Alsace region of France. We’ve found that other than an occasional bought of botrytis it is fairly disease resistant and cold hardy. The one drawback is that the birds love them. We make a varietal wine out of the grape and blend it into our Proprietor’s red.
