People are always interested in how we do things at the winery.  We grow, process and ferment  the grapes that are in every bottle of Prejean wine.  And yes, we bottle it also.  Here is a video of a recent bottling day.  Enjoy!

Somebody’s been busy in the Finger Lakes.

The first picture below, taken on June 1st, 2009, is a picture of a Cabernet Franc grapevine about a week to 10 days away from bloom. Of course, when bloom takes place depends on the weather, as so much does. The other pictures show various stages of development in our Cab Franc vineyard progressing backwards in time ending with a video of this vine being pruned.
You can see by the dates beneath the photos, that once the weather warms and stays warm (not a given in the Finger Lakes) things move right along.
